Anthropic is reporting elevated error rates on Claude Opus 4.5 and Sonnet 4.5. This is an internal issue on their side, and as a provider using Claude, there is no action we can take to resolve it. Some requests may fail or behave unexpectedly until Anthropic fully restores service stability.
